this is unbelievable. i don’t really think fats can be good for my health or help me to lost weight. even the good fats from oil, fruits, meats, and seafood; it still have a problem for the health. “Adults should get 20 percent to 35 percent of their calories from fat, according to the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans.”
